Royal Doulton China Dinner Service. Comprising ten dinner plates, ten salad plates, 11 saucers, 11 coffee cups, in "Belvedere" pattern. Marked to the undersides with "MADE IN ENGLAND / ROYAL DOULTON / ENGLAND / ENGLISH FINE BONE CHINA / BELVEDERE / H.5001 / COPYRIGHT / DOULTON & Co. LIMITED".
{Approximate dimensions: dinner plate 10 5/8" diameter, salad plate 8" diameter, saucer 6 1/8" diameter, coffee cup 2 7/8" high x 4 1/4" wide with handle x 3 7/16" deep.}.
Condition
Minor wear overall, including some surface scratches, very minor gilt loss, a couple of minuscule shallow nicks or flea bites. Cup with craquelure, salad plate with small chip to underside base. A few minor imperfections to china as made. Please ask the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for more detailed condition information.
