Rouff Couture Two Piece Velvet Evening Dress. Off the shoulder bodice with cape sleeves, decorated with lace flounces to shoulder and sleeve hems, the front center with applique of lace pearl and glass beads embellishments. The skirt with the same applique toward hem, and with long train to back. The bodice satin tie front embroidered "Rouff / Blvd Hausmann Paris." {Approximate dimensions: 31 3/4" Bust. Bodice is 10" from center bust to hem. Waist now 29", possibly refitted from a smaller size waist of original wearer. 41" L., waist to hem of skirt front.}.
Condition
Overall condition is very good for the exterior appearance; there has been some repair and retrofit of the garment, as suggested in primary description. Lace applique to back needs some repair.
