Two Yemeni Jambiya Daggers with Sheathed Belts. Comprising example with siver metal mounted wood hilt, matching sheath on riveted and paint decorated leather belt; the other example with copper and nail mounted wood hilt, leather wrapped sheath on embroidered belt. {Approximate dimensions including sheaths: Leather sheath example 13 1/4" long, silver mounted example 13 1/8" long.}.
Condition
Wear and weathering throughout. Belts and sheaths with significant wear. Blades with rust, patina, and apparent glue residue where blades meet handles. One with apparent loss to narrow 1 1/2" strip at blade top edge, the other with minuscule tip loss and small loss to decorative metal near handle tip.
