Two Chelsea Derby Dry Edge Figures of Gardeners. Standing on Rococo scroll molded bases, painted in pastel enamels. A recumbent sheep at her feet, and a seated dog by his legs. Circa 1855-1860. {Approximate dimensions: 9 1/2" H. and 9 3/4" H., respectively.}.
Condition
Restoration to her hat; hairline cracks to undersides of both bases, two hairlines to his right leg, at thigh and ankle; and another toward his right hip. Assorted chips to flowers; particularly notable to bouquet in her hand. Minor surface wear and scratches.
