Two Borneo Dayak Mandau Swords with Sheaths.  Comprising example with inlaid blade, woven grip, hooked carved bone pommel, the sheath with applied carvings and woven handle; example with corroded blade, woven grip, carved bone pommel mounted with hair, the relief carved sheath with woven bands and scabbard for pisau raut which is present.  19th century.  {Approximate dimensions including sheaths:  Example without hair 32" long, example with 27 1/2" long.}.

Wear and weathering throughout.  Some rust to both blade, one with significant pitting and corrosion.  Cracks and discoloration to bone.  Sheaths with gaps to seams, one with wood loss toward end.
