Two Black Silk Shawls, including a Chinese warm black embroidered example and a French lightweight silk brocade example, both with netting and fringe. The first circa 1920, the latter circa 1880.

Condition
The Chinese example with scattered minor pin holes, light browning. The French example with 1 12" L. tear to one corner, and a 20" x 20" section very lightly shattered. Both with loose threads, absent fringe.
