Makah Woven Lidded Basket, comprising bulbous basket with stepped geometric motif, several raised, striped bands to lower body, rim and base border, and lid with multi-tonal bands and peaked medallion, with handle. Basket and lid in various shades of brown.

Basket in good condition with minor wear overall. Some minuscule breaks/weave losses primarily to shoulder, lid handle with weave losses and loosening at attachment ends, one handle end partially detached. Loose ends to interior and lid underside, distinctive irregular shape, and some variations of color all as made.
