Large Octagonal Pietra Dura Pictorial Table and Base. The table top with black field, inlaid with colorful hardstone birds, geometric motifs, shields, harps, etc. The black base designed like a font, with lip to top and base. {Approximate dimensions: The table top: 2" H. x 71 1/2" W. x 7 1/2" D. The base: 29" H. x 32" W. x 32" D.}. Provenance: Austin Hills. Agra Marble Shoppy. Condition: The table top with minor irregularities in manufacture; also minor pitting, surface wear and scratches. The upper lip on the base broken into several pieces and reglued. Please note that the size and weight of the table and base is substantial, and if picking up in person, a winch or extra labor is necessary.
