Group of Five Chinese Wood and Metal Containers. Comprising: a round lacquered box with its top painted with gilt sparrows and bamboo atop a flat wooden base, a red lacquered lobed wedding box enclosing a set of plastic sweetmeat dishes, a bat shaped metal box with incised decorations, a lacquered wooden box for stamps and ink pastes, and a round cylindrical box with incised dragon carvings on its cover and over its body. {Largest diameter: 13.5 inches (34.3 cm)}. Condition: Missing lid on the round cylindrical box. Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
