Banded pink marble, gilt and silvered spelter; the clock with sculpture of boy reading to top, classical relief scene to body, and hoof feet; the candelabra pair with urn forms issuing seven lights, matching relief scenes and hoof feet. Movement with P. Japy mark and "8834", the clock signed "A. Condition:  Some rubbing and loss to gilt finish.  Crack to leg and neck of reading boy.  Marble with some small chips to edges and light surface wear.
