To the right, "Elle grimpe tout! la Bicyclette..." translated means, "She climbs everything, the bicycle!" Under clear plastic, in stained and ebonized frame. Apre Mich, lower right. AFFICES GAILLARD. PARIS. AMIENS., lower right. Circa 1920-1930. {Approximate dimensions: 46" x 32 3/4".}. Condition: Bright colors to central figure, letter, etc. Red background quite orange,with various smudges from original application. 1/4" tear, 2" to left of lower to second lowest rungs, of left side, ladder. 4" Crease ironed out, left side, about 1" up and 1" in from lower left corner. Minimal scratches, surface wear to glazing and frame.
