Four Derby Porcelain Figures each modeled standing on rococo scroll molded bases, comprising Dresden Shepherd and Shepherdess, with differing base heights, Apollo with attributes of harp, trumpet and sheet music, and a male Ranelagh dancer. Each painted with pastel enamels and with gilt highlights. Circa 1758 - 1865. {Approximate dimensions: 8" H. to 10 1/2" H. overall.}.
Basic condition is very good to good: firing cracks to underside bases of Shepherd figures, professional restoration and overpainting to his basket and left hand; firing crack to his right ankle and cape in background, as made; his hat retouched; lamb's right ear broken off and replaced; dancer's left hand broken off and glued back on and over painted.
