Danish Modern Illum Wikkelso Teak Rocking Chair, model IW3. The turned and carved teak chair with spindle back splat and curvilinear arm rests set on four legs joined by bar stretchers and raised on rockers.

Illum Wikkelso (1890 - 1999), first designed the IW3 in 1958, for Niels Eilersen. With sticker applied to underside: Danish Furniture Makers Control

Mellow appearance to wood due to natural aging, minor surface wear, nicks to treads, scratches. Sun fading to front seat and front of arms.
