Chinese Purple Glazed 'Jun' Tripod Bowl. Of rounded sides with a flat base, decorated with a band of raised bosses beneath the rim and above the foot, supported on three ruyi-shaped feet; the exterior covered with a speckled purple glaze with a burgundy tone, the interior with a milky blue glaze, and the base incised with an inscription. {9 7/8 diameter x 3 3/4 inches high (25 1/2 x 9 1/2 cm)}. Condition: Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
