Chinese Carved Marble Standing Buddha Figure.
Carved as a standing Buddha with rounded face and simplified features, the figure shown with one hand raised in a gesture of blessing and the other held at the front, wearing flowing robes falling in soft folds. The figure stands upon a lotus-form base carved from the same block of stone. The marble with natural gray veining throughout. {Approximate dimensions: height 11 inches}

Visible horizontal break and repair across the midsection; surface wear and natural inclusions to the stone.
