Chinese Black Lacquer and Hardstone-Inlaid Tall Cabinet.

The tall cabinet of rectangular form with a pair of hinged doors opening to an interior fitted with two shelves forming two compartments, above two small drawers and with an additional pair of small drawers at the base, the exterior finished in black lacquer and decorated with inlaid hardstone depicting birds, flowers, and auspicious motifs arranged in shaped panels across the doors and sides, framed by gilt-decorated borders and scrolling ornament. The cabinet is raised on a shaped apron and short feet.
