Art Deco Farberware Bubble Design Cocktail Set, comprising shaker, tray and stemware. Comprising chrome pitcher with Bakelite handles, and six cocktail stem cups each with bubble shape, segmented bodies tapering to round, stepped bases, the rounded rectangular tray with scalloped edges and Bakelite handles. Designed by Omer A. Menard for Farberware, Brooklyn, 1935.
{Approximate dimensions: Shaker with cover 12 5/8" high x 6 7/8" wide with handle x 4 1/2" deep, cup 4 3/16" high x 2 3/8" diameter, tray 1 7/8" high with handles x 18 1/2" wide x 11 13/16" deep.}.
Condition
Wear includes surface scratches, minuscule nicks, pitting, patina. Pitcher with small dent to cover, corrosion to interior, tray with some narrow finish losses along top edge, cups with a few very subtle dents. Please ask the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
