The sword with a gently curved blade housed in an elaborately worked silver-mounted scabbard, the surface richly decorated with repoussé scrolling motifs and scale-pattern panels. The hilt and scabbard are further embellished with inset stones of varying colors, arranged in circular and floral settings that provide vibrant accents against the silver ground. The terminal and fittings are finely detailed, reflecting traditional Tibetan metalwork techniques and ornamental vocabulary. The overall composition combines functional form with intricate decorative elements, characteristic of ceremonial or presentation weapons.
