A Large Chinese Yuan Style Wucai Porcelain Double Gourd Vase. The vessel is potted in a double-gourd form with a waisted center, the upper and lower bulbs painted with figural scenes, trees, rocks, and auspicious motifs within panel borders, interspersed with floral and geometric registers. The decoration combines underglaze blue with overglaze iron red, green, and yellow enamels. The base bears an impressed rectangular seal mark, worn. {Approximate dimensions: height 19 inches}.
