Two Paiute Woven Water Baskets, both of swollen waisted form, tapering to the conical base, and each with applied residual ties.
{Approximate dimensions: larger basket 20" long x 13" diameter, smaller basket 6 1/8" long x 5" diameter.}.
Condition
Baskets with small breaks, basket hairs, piece of tape to each. Larger basket with some dark stains and spots and white spots, discoloration, rubbing, dust. Smaller basket with 1 1/2" x 2" area of weave loss. Please contact the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
