Two Hutschenreuther Porcelain Bird Groups, A FAMILY AFFAIR and a pair of doves, the former comprising a pair of nesting woodcocks with two speckled eggs, on foliate embellished ground; the latter comprising a pair of doves on foliate ground with floral bouquet to center front, both painted with polychrome enamels in shades of orange, green, brown, and black.

Condition
In good condition with minor wear overall. A few minuscule bits of white porcelain that may be subtle finish losses or as made, dust, light residue, base undersides with light wear, subtle discoloration. Woodcocks with small, subtle hairline crack to base underside. Doves with a few minuscule rubbed spots to heads, mislabelled to the underside by maker as FIRST LESSON. Please ask the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
