Two Giles Gilson Carved Wood and Painted Decorative Objects, comprising an openwork oviform vessel carved of various woods, brass, silver, Corian and paint; and a conical wood vessel embellished with iridescent red, orange, gold and green painted design, with brass cap to bottom. Both vessels of tapering design.

In good condition with minor wear overall. Includes some surface scratches, minuscule finish losses to edges, a few subtle fissures, sticker residue. Closed vessel with several shallow nicks, lacks base, residue to cap underside. Openwork vessel at slight angle on and movable within base. Please ask the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
