Two Eames for Evans Molded Plywood Stools, the molded birch plywood seats on chrome U shaped bases; in lieu of the third chrome leg, a black painted "Rudder" in the manner of Isamu Noguchi, Rudder Stool. Circa 1945. 

This pair of stools with applied grey labels to undersides, Evans logo over "Manufactured by EVANS PRODUCTS COMPANY MOLDED PLYWOOD DIVISION herman miller furniture company" with logo in red, to left side, to right side in black script "Designed by" red script "CHARLES EAMES."

Circa 1945. Approximate dimensions: 17 1/2" H. x 15 1/2" W. x 24" D.}.

 Repairs to splits, both stools, patinated, pitted metal lets, surface wear and scratches including to black painted rudders.
