Two Aralia Pattern Printed Linen Panels by Josef Frank for Haus und Garten, Austria. The multicolored, hand-blocked pattern first designed circa 1928 - 1930. HAUS ampersand GARTEN printed to selvedge. Circa 1930 - 1940.

Both panels with soft faded areas, yellowing. Several holes to each panel, including one panel with 2 3/4" x 1 7/8" hole to large leaf, the other with 2" x 1" hole to large flower, smaller holes near edges. Some loose threads, minor weave loss to edges. Loss to hem stitching along formerly turned under edge bearing Haus & Garten marks. Please contact the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
