Tibetan Thangka of Green Tara. Distemper on cloth, depicting Green Tara seated in the posture of royal ease with both hands displaying mudras, encircled by a blue and green mandorla atop a lotus base, the throne surrounded by symmetrical animals and figures amongst clouds, incantation of with "om, ah, hum" and longevity symbol inscribed t the center of the back. {Image size: 21x 15 inches (53.3 x 38.1 cm)}.
