Theodore Haviland Green Ground Fish Plates, Limoges, France, painted in polychrome enamels and gilding with fish among seaweed. Underside marked with "Theodore Haviland / Limoges / FRANCE" in red, the first three words in script.

Condition
Minor wear overall, light surface scratches, light pitting, minor rubbing and paint/gilt loss, flecks, residue, minor wear and discoloration to underside foot rings. One plate with small chip and a couple of nicks to rim, overpainted, and small, shallow bubble or dip to green border possibly as made. Several small imperfections that appear to be as made. Please ask the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
