Tadeusz Lapinski (American/Polish, 1928-2018), two colored lithographs, including (i) "The Birth of Dinosaurs," 1970, [sheet: 22" H x 30" W], numbered 1/3; and (ii) "The Birth of Flower," 1969, [sheet: 30 1/8" H x 22 1/4" W], numbered 1/3. Both have medium, numbered, titled, signed, and dated inscribed in pencil at low margin.
Condition
Both sheets are unframed and have pigment stain verso. Handling wear. (i) The sheet has abrasions at top margins and left area. There are a couple tears on the lower edge to the right of the title. The tears are about 1/2 inch. On the back, the sheet shows acid burn, pigments stain, and one tiny push pin size puncture at the bottom left corner. (ii) The sheet shows some surface dirt, possibly pigment smear. The title is written in pencil which smeared at the bottom of it.
