Spode Chelsea Bird Printed and Painted Ironstone Service. Scalloped rims, transfer printed in polychrome enamels. Comprising: Nine dinner plates, 10 1/2" D., nine luncheon plates, 9" D., five dessert plates, 7 1/2" D., four rim soup plates, 8 3/8" D., twelve cup and saucer sets, the cups 3" H., the saucers 6 3/8" D. Plus the following serving articles: gravy boat and under plate, milk jug, cream jug, two handled sugar bowl and cover, two diamond shape serving bowls, and two platters. (58 items total).

Condition
Very good condition, with no signs of use on any of the articles. Minimal surface wear and scratches, enamel wear, no cutmarks, no crazing to glaze observed.
