Simon and Halbig Bisque Head Doll 1279, with grey sleep eyes, open mouth revealing two teeth, beads as earrings, bisque lower arms, with wood torso and composition limbs. Back of molded head marked: S ampersand H 1279 DEP Germany 7.

Condition
Losses to hair, and to most of the eyelashes, right eye, minor scuffs and dirt to face, typical shallow chips to painted parts. Original costume lacking undergarments. Stockings later replacements. Please contact the Furniture and Decorative Arts Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
