Richard Muller (German, 1874 - 1954), Fische auf Eis (Fish on Ice), 1925, oil on canvas, [approximate dimensions - canvas: 29 5/8" H x 43" W], dated and monogrammed at the bottom center: 1925 RM; signed, titled, and estate-stamp in black "Nachlaß / Prof. Rich. Muller / Dresden" along the upper stretcher and gallery label at verso. Literature Reference: Gunther, Rolf, "Richard Muller Leben und Werk mit dem Verzeichnis der Druckgraphik, Neumeister Dresdener Kunstauktionshaus," 1995, page 45, no.38 (illustrated in colors).

Surface dust, dirt and grime, craquelure throughout, and frame abrasions. At verso, dirt pockets and all four keys. Framed: 40" H x 52 7/8" W. Ask Fine Art Department for additional photos.
