Renaissance Revival Etagere, burl walnut appliques to stained oak frame. The back of arched form, the crest center topped by a carved, waisted shield issuing stylized foliate elements, cascading into scrolling foliate motifs and banding, with mirror back and side panels between three pairs of bracket shelves, ascending in size from top toward bottom, over the marble plinth, above the stepped and carved base, above turned bun front feet. Circa 1890.

Very good, restored condition. Center frame and right side areas replaced. Surface wear, scratches, particularly where marble meets backing below mirror, left side, and nicks. 3/4" gouge to front trim, left side below marble slab. Marble slab with chip to left side, roughly 1 1/2" " x 5/8". Refinished surfaces.
