Renaissance Revival Etagere, of mahogany and quarter sawn oak. The arched back with conforming crest carved with pears and grape cluster, with cascading scrolled fretwork, and with mirror inset to back,. The frame with pierced fretwork sides, each with three pairs of bracket shelves, ascending in size from top toward bottom, over the bow front marble plinth and concealed shallow drawer. All over scalloped base and short turned feet. Circa 1880 - 1885.

Good condition, repair to fretwork at left side of lower crest, professionally done, with replacement of 1 1/2" of original wood. Also, chip to same area of fretwork, and fret below. To left side of mirror, at beginning of arch, joint opening up and with light lifting to trim holding mirror in place. 3" long crack below central shelf to left side. Chip to marble at left side of bow front, approximately 1". Minor surface wear and light scratching, light nicks. One period caster is in the drawer.
