Painted in shades of red, yellow, grey, white and with black ink on a pale green blue background.  Inscription in Gujarati, upper right. Red band edges. Remanants of book or page, to right. On top of mat, under glass in wood frame.

Multiple tear to sheet, most of them to red band, and two going into the first, the larger, about 1 1/4", upper left side. Surface wear, scratches, ink splotches. Minor surface wear and scratches to glass and frame.
