Queen Anne Cherry Flat Top High Chest. Top section with moulded crown over central large drawer with sunburst carving flanked by two small drawers on either side, row of three graduated long drawers below; the base with long drawer over central drawer bearing fan carving, flanked by single drawers on either side, shaped apron with hanging finials, slight cabriole leg with pad feet; brass hardware. 18th century. {Approximate dimensions: 70" high x 39 1/2" wide x 20 1/4" deep.}.
Condition
Overall condition is very good considering age, with some repair and restoration. Later hardware. Cardboard nailed to drawer interiors. Minor chip losses to drawer edges.
