Persian Kashan Carpet.  Floral motif on cream ground, main border with triple guards; vibrant floral and foliate motif throughout woven in blues, red, pink, green, yellow, brown, orange; inscription to one end.  {Approximate dimensions:  14'3" x 9'3".}.

Overall wear is light.  However, there is significant pile loss from apparent moth damage, mainly to one end and edges.
