Parallels: A pair of cache pots of identical form, with Locre factory marks, is illustrated in Michel Blois, “Trois Siecles de Porcelaine de Paris,” p. 48, (Paris,  Editions Hervas, 1988), as a “Caisse à fleurs carrée,’ Manufacture Locré, fabrication Locré-Roussinger, 1785. The description notes that the original model was created at the Vincennes factory in 1754, with onion or hyacinth-bulb form to hold a single hyacinth.
