Pair of Herend Porcelain Figural Candelabra, oval bases, with candlestick to either side, centering a mother bird above a nest with three chicks, with sculpted flowers. Painted in polychrome enamels and gilding.
Both marked to the undersides in blue with HEREND HUNGARY over maker crowned shield mark and crossed swords, over HANDPAINTED, and 1887/c over 35, and additional markings.

Condition
Minor wear overall, including a few small surface scratches, light rubbing to nest interiors, several scattered brown spots, wax residue, dust. One labrum previously broken at base and neck, with repair, light wear and discoloration to base undersides.
