Pair of German Empire Style Porcelain Covered Urns. Parcel gilt decorated urns with caryatid supports; the covers with difference in gilt decoration to knop. The undersides with "GERMAN" and blue "crown over N". {Approximate dimensions: 19 3/4" high x 9 3/4" diameter.}. Condition: Minor rubbing and wear to gilt. Chips and wear where the bases meet the bodies, some additional minor chips to foliate edges. Assembly is slightly loose, rust to hardware. One cover with chips to underside edge.
