Pair of Eames for Herman Miller Aluminum Group Soft Pad Swivel Chairs. Upholstered in black leather, the shaped backs and lightly upcurved seat on pedestal with fixed tripodal base. Herman Miller label to underside of one, for Zeeland and Gardena. Circa 1975. {Approximate dimensions: 32" H. x 23" W. x 23" D.}.
Charles (1907-1978) and Ray (1912-1988) Eames originally designed the Soft Pad seating group in 1969.
Condition
Crazing to aluminum arms, with some losses to protective coating. Wear to leather upholstery. Surface wear and scratches to metal and leather.
