Pair of Eames DCW Dining Chairs Produced by Evans, each of the birch plywood chairs with printed silvered label to underside, "EVANS" logos in red surround, over Manufactured by EVANS PRODUCTS COMPANY MOLDED PLYWOOD DIVISION over herman two red triangles facing each other forming the M in miller, furniture company SOLE DISTRIBUTORS, Designed by CHARLES EAMES in red. 

Charles Eames (1907-1978) and Ray Eames (1912 - 1988). The design first produced by Evans Plywood Company in Venice, California, 1946 - 1948. 

{Approximate dimensions: 26 1/4" H x 22" W x 23 1/2" D, 15 1/2" seat height.}.

Condition

In good condition for age, with the following caveats: there are a few shallow fissures with apparent repairs, one chair with about 8 1/4” long splinter loss to ply on interior of back leg, with additional piece slightly loose, flaking to center seam of seat backs. Typical surface wear includes scratches, nicks, rubbing, light water stains to seats, dark marks, residue, undersides with streaks, wear and cracking to shock mounts, wear to bolts.
