Pair of Chinese porcelain lidded jars, decorated in underglaze blue on a white ground. Each jar is of rounded form with a domed cover, painted with scrolling foliate and floral motifs encircling the body, bordered by geometric bands at the shoulder and base. The covers are similarly decorated with stylized scrolling designs. The bases bear a Jushun Meiyutang mark, possibly apocryphal. {Approximate dimensions: height 3 1/2 inches}.

Light surface wear and minor firing imperfections consistent with manufacture and handling.
