Pair of Chinese Blanc de Chine Porcelain Guanyin Figures. Each figure modeled standing in flowing robes, holding a lotus stem in one hand, the serene face with downcast eyes beneath a high coiffure. The figures stand on molded lotus bases with additional lotus blossoms and scrolling elements in relief. Hands are intact and intentionally modeled separate from the body. Light surface wear and minor firing imperfections consistent with age and manufacture, including small specks and subtle glaze variations.
