Nunns for DuBois & Stodart American Classical Rosewood Secretary.  Single glazed cabinet door top section, on desk base with curved lid, over two-door cabinet; decorated with parcel gilt, brass inlay, and bronze mounts including column capitals and bases.  Drawer to desk interior with "Manufactured by ROBERT & WILLIAM NUNNS / DUBOIS & STODART / NEW YORK".  19th century.  Key available.  {Approximate dimensions:  87" high x 45 1/2" wide x 23 3/4" deep.}.

Veneer with repair and restoration throughout, refinished.  Some minor loss or lifting to brass inlay.  Patina to metal elements.
