Nepalese Stone Buddhist Stele of Manjushri. The Buddhist figure Manjushri seated in the posture of royal ease on a double lotus base, the open chest revealing beaded necklaces, the serene facial expression framed by a elaborate crown, all backed by an aureola. {13 3/4 high x 9 1/4 inches wide not including base (35 x 23 1/2 cm)}. Condition: Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
