Modern Bamboo Frame Sofa and Armchair Attributed to Budji Layug, the "coastal style" sofa with cushions to seat and back, with arms descending from back, and the oversize lounge chair en suite. Circa 1980.

Budji Layug, attend Parson's School of Design, and returned to the Philippines, making modernist furniture out of the vernacular materials of his home country.
