Louis XVI Style Carved Giltwood Basket of Flowers, carved in three quarter round, with ebullient and overflowering basket, on ovate basket.

{Approximate dimensions: 9" H. x 8 1/2" W. x 5" D.}.

Condition

Request Condition Report

Minor losses, may have been affixed to a piece of furniture. Losses to gilding, some overpainting. Wormhole does not appear to be natural. 2" x 2 1/2" loss toward base in rear, most likely made in mounting. Please ask the Furniture and Decorations Department for a detailed condition report on this lot.
