LLOYD LOZES GOFF (American 1908-1982), four works on paper, including (i) ”Beach at Tuxpan, Gulf of Mexico State of Veracruz,” watercolor on paper, [sheet: 15 1/4 h x 22 1/8 w inches, matted: 19 1/2 h x 24 3/8 w inches], signed lower left; titled verso. (ii) "Desert Heat,” watercolor and ink, [sheet: 11 h x 11-3/4 w inches, matted: 15 1/2 h x 16 1/2 w inches], signed lower left; titled and named verso. (iii) “Setting Moon,” acrylic on paper, [sheet: 22 h x 30 1/2 w inches], signed lower right; titled and named verso.; and (iv) “California Coast,” watercolor on paper, [sheet: 22-1/4 h x 30 w inches], signed lower left; titled and named verso.
Condition
(i) Sheet toned. Taped to mat and dirt verso. (ii) Sheet matted and recto covered with clear plastic. Verso taped sealed. (iii) Sheet toned, wear to edges; pigments and dirt verso. (iv) Sheet toned, wear to edges including a tear at the lower right corner, tape residue at low margin; dirt verso.
