Large Chinese Ming Blue and White Figural Vase. Of tall 'Gu' form, painted in vivid cobalt blue with continuous garden scenes of elegant ladies and attendants engaged in leisurely pursuits beneath trees and garden pavilions. The waisted neck, central bulb, and flaring foot are each encircled by classic scroll borders. The base bears a six-character Zhengde mark within double circles. {Approximate dimensions: 24 7/8" high}.
