Japanese Silver Hot Water Kettle on Stand, the globular design chased, and repousse in high relief with iris motifs, on tripodal iris stem legs, the body hammered throughout; domed lid and bail handle.  Stamped with marks to base underside, in Japanese, 九百五十, meaning 950. 

{Approximate weight, in grams: 1740.}.
