Japanese Nanga Southern School Ink on Rice Paper Scroll Painting, depicting a kingfisher perched on high grass. Calligraphic inscription. Mounted to silk brocade mat, and with wood dowels to top and bottom. {Approximate dimensions: 23" x 45" (58.40 x 114 cms.).}.
Condition
Foxing and tearing near dowels, to both ends of brocaded fabric. Restoration to small tears and loose areas. Minor toning and wear commensurate with age. Please contact the Asian Art Department for additional photographs and in regards to condition reports.
